LICHENG Precision Manufacturing Process
1. Premium Raw Material Selection & Grading
We source high-density MDF, Particleboard (Chipboard), and premium natural wood veneers that comply with E1/E0 and CARB P2 environmental standards. Every batch undergoes moisture content testing and surface quality grading before entering the production line.
2. Automated Precision NC Panel Cutting
Utilizing advanced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) panel saws, we ensure dimensional accuracy within ±0.5mm. This automated process guarantees that every panel is cut to exact specifications for seamless final assembly.
3. High-Performance Edge Banding & Sealing
Our high-speed industrial edge banding machines apply decorative and protective edges with specialized heat-melt adhesives. This process provides superior moisture resistance and a flawless, integrated finish for all engineered wood surfaces.
4. Multi-Axis NC Boring & Drilling
We employ high-precision NC multi-axis boring machines to create accurate holes for dowels, cams, and hardware. This ensures consistent structural alignment and easy Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) furniture installation for the end-user.
5. Multi-Stage Surface Finishing & Grinding
For wood veneer and painted products, we execute a multi-stage process involving automated spray painting and fine-grit mechanical grinding. This creates a durable, silk-smooth surface that meets the aesthetic demands of high-end markets.
6. Structural Integrity Trial Assembly
Mechanical fine-grit grinding to ensure a silk-smooth touch for wood veneer products.
Step 7. Trial Assembly & QA Inspection
Each batch undergoes a rigorous Trial Assembly (TA). Our technicians verify hardware compatibility, load-bearing stability, and component alignment to eliminate potential assembly issues before mass shipment.
7. Standardized Export Protective Packaging
Products are packed according to ISTA-3A drop-test standards. We use high-density foam, corner protectors, and heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated cartons to ensure maximum protection during long-haul sea freight to Europe and North America.
